BEVERAGES
Kaspars offers a variety of beverage options for on and off premise events: hosted bar, cash bar or a combination of both. We would be happy to create a signature drink for your event and will work with you to ensure the perfect wine is chosen from our extensive wine list. Your event coordinator will discuss all the options with you to determine the best scenario for your celebration.
Beverages for on premise events must be provided by Kaspars. An exception may be made for a client to supply their own wine. A corkage fee of $15 per bottle will apply. For off site events, the client may provide their own beverages (pending approval from the venue) and hire Kaspars to provide the bartending staff and supplies. No corkage fee is charged for off site events.
Beverage service provided by Kaspars will include all bar supplies: bartending equipment, straws, picks, cocktail napkins, ice, beverage tub containers, condiments and mixers. Bartending labor, glasses and linens are charged separately for off premise events.
Off Premise Service Packages
Bar service packages are available when the client provides the beverages. A banquet permit may be required and it is the responsibility of the client to obtain it and provide a copy to Kaspars prior to the event. The Washington State Liquor Board will provide all the information needed.
Full Package $4. per person
Includes bartending equipment, straws, picks, cocktail napkins, ice, beverage tub containers, mixers and all garnishes listed in the garnish package below.
Garnish Package $1.50 per person
Includes lemons, limes, cocktail onions, olives, cherries, straws, picks, cocktail napkins, beverage tub containers and ice.
Cocktails, Wine and Beer
Kaspars offers two tiers of quality liquor service, cordials, a selection of import and microbrew beers and a wine list specializing in Northwest wines. Additional options and special orders are available on request. There may be a minimum purchase for special orders.
Cash Bar $150 Set-Up Fee
Includes client’s choice of Premium or Super Premium liquor selection, assorted imported and microbrew beers, wine selected by the beverage manager and assorted soft drinks.
